Is your student interested in robotics? The Center for the Visually Impaired is excited to partner with Dr. Ming-fai Fong from the Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering at Georgia Tech on Saturday, December 6th, for a free Adaptive Robotics Workshop: From Solar Cars to Neural Interfaces for students in grades 1-12! This workshop is designed specifically for youth with vision impairments, and participants will have the opportunity to build their own solar cars, listen to their muscle activity, and control a robotic arm using their neural signals! Please register below to ensure enough supplies are provided. Note that parent supervision is advised during the event, and the CVI is not responsible for participant activities.
